Refund policy

At LOGGIA FIRENZE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Certain items such as final sale or personalized products may not be eligible for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
